Added songs to the Radio New Vegas station that I liked and found fitting for the station, made with Extended New Vegas Radio Generator. Contains a variety of music including the tracks from Fallout 3's GNR, in the 2nd image the whole list is visible. Mostly made it for myself but if other players like this music to it's there to download.

Fallout 3 and NV Radio to Fallout 4 Is there any possible way to export at least the songs of Fallout 3 and NV to fallout 4, i really want to play the game listening to the old games musics, but until now i haven't found a mod that would put the songs from the older games on this new one. Go to "Runner options" tab and make sure the right wine version is selected (this is crucial) Click "Save". Double Click your newly created game or right click and choose "Play". Installation should start. Go through it normally and install everything the setup suggests to install. After installation is done. I think the music helps make the game. You need it on. if there's a new super loveable character like Mr New Vegas or 3-Dog, I'll listen to the radio. As much as I love Fallout 3's radio, it's so atmospheric to have it off and then hear a radio in the subway system echoing out to you. By that I mean the ambient background music. I have Fallout 3 but can't really run it well on Windows 10, but I really miss the ambient/background music (not the radio, but that's cool too). I was wondering if there'd be a way to use the mp3s/wav for the Fallout 3 music and possibly add it to New Vegas' music folder, or something like that.
Originally posted by psychotron666: All Bethesda games either crash or cause bugs if you alt tab. Unless you use some third party software that makes it borderless window, you simply don't alt tab Bethesda games. Eh, Fallout 4 had no problems with alt tabbing out of the game. Must be an issue with the older games.

That means there are 3 sorts of codecs you need to play all sounds perfectly. The "windows default codecs" works fine, since the game wants to use them. "3rd party" mp3 codecs tend to cause pipboy stuttering, because the default codec get overlayed. Four basic ways to fix the sound problems: A) Increase the size of the audio cache in fallout.ini
