Having high control helps learn Bows, Crossbows, and Throwing quicker and increasing the learning limit. If you plan to play a ranged playstyle, this will make you more accurate. Control is one of the Attributes in Mount & Blade II Bannerlord. Skills determine how fast you can learn certain skills.

I wanted to change the party leader of one of my parties so i disbanded old one but i could not create a new one, it say 4/4 and thats it is the limit
