The Series S can maintain a consistent frame rate WAY better than the One S. Try using Dr. Faust's "man in red" on Urizen's crystal with Cavaliere. The One S cannot support the action well. With this consistent frame rate, the games feels much smoother. Million stab looks a lil bit janky on the One S, but rounds out on the Series.
Not really a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but, worth pointing out. Oh and all base game DLC is included in SE, if you never bought it. Anyway, I'd say wait for it to go on sale though, Capcom games go on sale every few weeks. Like Brokeinlimit said, it comes with a new difficuly and Turbo mode as well as Vergil.
