OEMin SRT8 is a fancy schmancy Platinum/Iridium hybrid plug that is virtually permanent. Factory replacement is 100k or so recommended interval. It is extremely unlikely that this issue is plug related. Could be many things from bad fuel all the way to bad coils, and a dozen other things. Too many to list.
