He hated Aizen but he didn't really care about SS either. Hell, he was willing to kill Rukia for the sake of keeping his charade up. He wanted to kill Aizen for his love of Rangiku. Along the way, he was willing to sacrifice whomever needed to be. In short, he was good for Rangiku, bad for Aizen, grey for everyone else.
This is why Aizen looks at things differently, and he carries the burden of loneliness because of it. This discrepancy in ability causes an unassailable alienation, and at some point he stops searching for an equal. What did Aizen do to Hinamori? Aizen, who is invincible and has god-powers, decided that the best way to get around everybody attacking him was to make them unknowingly attack Hinamori instead. So that Hinamori was stabbed violently in the back by her childhood best friend. Kyoraku may come closest of the three. Unohana was the original Kenpachi, which is the title of the most powerful criminal in history. However, the whole story takes place at the time where she has already retired long ago and is a "regular" Captain and medic, so her powers are informed rather than shown.
